Emerald Hills, another Macarthur Developments project, is a recently completed 1,340 dwelling masterplanned residential community on 150 hectares at Leppington, NSW. Lowes Creek Maryland is a 7,000 dwelling masterplanned residential community incorporating a K-12 school, sportsfields and town centre on 520 hectares at Bringelly, NSW and located between the strategic centre of Narellan and the future Western Sydney International Airport. The project also incorporates the historic Maryland farm and homestead, a nationally significant agricultural operation dating back to the early 1800s.
Vitocco Enterprises, in a partnership, own approximately four hectares of land in the heart of Narellan, adjacent to the company's flagship Narellan Town Centre regional shopping centre. Central Hills Business Park is a 45 hectare business park located at Gregory Hills and delivered by Dart West Developments. The project has been a leading commercial project in South West Sydney. The business park has now evolved into a thriving commercial hub and a key source of locally based employment for the rapidly developing surrounding residential catchment. Dart West undertook the land development, marketing and sales, and also developed a number of bulky goods retail and pad site assets which it retains.
