Narellan Town Centre

Narellan Town Centre is a 71,800m2 regional shopping centre at Narellan. The centre has grown in stages and is in the top ten performing centres in the country. With a moving annual turnover exceeding $A550m and over 11 million visits per annum, and with ample room to continue to grow to over 100,000m2 net lettable area, the centre is a dominant retail asset in the fastest growing urban corridor in Australia. Its most recent expansion won multiple national industry awards for best retail development. Key tenants include Coles, Woolworths, K-mart, Target, Big W, United Cinemas and H&M.

Emerald Hills Shopping Village

Emerald Hills Shopping Village is a 20,000m2 neighbourhood centre which opened in 2019, and serves the emerging Emerald Hills and Leppington communities. Anchored by Aldi and Woolworths, the centre also features key tenants such as KFC, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, a Chemist Warehouse medical centre and a gym. The project was delivered by Macarthur Developments and is managed by Macarthur Retail.

Gregory Hills Town Centre

Gregory Hills Town Centre was developed by Vitocco Enterprises through its Dart West Developments joint venture. The centre opened in 2019 and is a thriving neighbourhood centre serving the local retail needs of the Gregory Hills community. The centre is anchored by a Woolworths supermarket, a large medical centre and 20 specialty tenants. The centre was sold in 2020.

Central Hills Business Park

As well as developing the 45 hectare business park subdivision, and Home Centre Gregory Hills, the Dart West Developments joint venture has developed and retained a number of retail assets in the park, including Bunnings, 7-Eleven, McDonald's, Red Rooster and Oporto.
