Mt Maryland Estate, Bringelly – Celebrating the Past and Embracing the Future

In joint venture with the Cameron Brae Group, Mt. Maryland is a 1300-hectare master-planned community built around the historic Mt. Maryland Estate and forming part of the wider 1,285 acres Lowes Creek Maryland Precinct in Bringelly. Intended to accommodate our growing community, the development looks to the future while preserving a proud local heritage.


Expertly planned and designed, Mt. Maryland will incorporate the original heritage homestead and farm buildings of Maryland’s nationally significant historical agricultural operation dating back to the early 1800s. A unique and prestigious estate will comprise of 3600 dwellings as well as a K-12 school, sports fields and, at its heart, a vibrant town centre, and historic precinct for communities to eat, shop and gather. 


Ideally positioned between the Narellan strategic centre and the future Western Sydney International Airport, Mt. Maryland will provide much-needed homes for the workers and families of the expanding Western Sydney.

Hume Highway, Lansvale

260-266 Hume Highway Lansvale is a 1.7 hectare industrial/commercial site. Subject to approvals, the site will house a brand new 13,000sqm floor area Kennards Self Storage facility. There is also a residual parcel of the site that we aim to develop for industrial or commercial uses. The site benefits from outstanding exposure to the Hume Highway, with approximately 50,000 vehicles passing the site per day.

Nonorrah Estate

Nonorrah Estate is a masterplanned community on 21 hectares of Vitocco Enterprises’ landholdings in Bringelly. Part of the broader Lowes Creek Maryland precinct, it will accommodate approximately 360 new homes at completion. 

 

Nonorrah Estate will also include a 9,300sqm local park and rehabilitated riparian corridor. These open spaces are integral to our vision for a liveable and sustainable community, providing residents with access to natural beauty and opportunities for outdoor activities, and both active and passive recreation. These also connect into the Mt Maryland project, meaning residents of Nonorrah can benefit from all of the amenity that project will have to offer.

Narellan Town Centre

Narellan Town Centre - Shopping & Dining

Vitocco Enterprises proudly co-owns and operates the Narellan Town Centre with the Perich family (Greenfields). It is one of Australia’s largest and most successful shopping centre complexes. Starting as a two-hectare block in the heart of Narellan, Narellan Town Centre was built in stages, gradually and consistently expanding over time into the iconic shopping centre it is today. 

First opened in 1995 by Greenfields and Vitocco Corporations, expansion of the centre commenced in 1995 with the addition of Big W and fifty other stores. A further 20 stores were added in 2001. Many more stages continued to be added since then with the most significant one taking place in 2016.


This significant expansion at a cost of $200 million added restaurants and a further thirty stores were opened in 2017. This major redevelopment included the construction of a new Northern area, connecting to the original Southern area via a 38-metre enclosed pedestrian bridge over Camden Valley Way. The new Northern area added another 100 stores as well as 1,500 new parking spaces and multiple dining and entertainment precincts. This expansion, which grew the centre to an impressive 71,800 square metres, received multiple national industry awards. 


Today, Narellan Town Centre is one of the country’s top ten best performing centres with a moving annual turnover exceeding $680 million and over eleven million visits per annum. A vibrant and bustling hub, Narellan Town Centre offers local residents and residents of surrounding regions an unparalleled shopping, dining and entertainment destination. It does all this whilst being mindful of it’s footprint being evidenced by being the home of Australia’s Largest Commercial Solar and Battery Project (as at 12/2023) And, with the potential to grow to over 100,000 square metres of net lettable area, there is plenty of opportunity to further expand to meet the needs of Sydney’s fastest growing urban corridor.

Emerald Hills Shopping Village

Emerald Hills Shopping Village

Delivered in joint venture with Cameron Brae Group, the Emerald Hills Shopping Village is a 20,000 square metre neighbourhood centre located near the thriving new Emerald Hills Estate. Anchored by some of Australia’s best names including Woolworths, ALDI, Pet Barn, and Chemist Warehouse to name a few. Opened in 2019, this bustling hub provides a range of retail, dining and specialty services for the residents of Emerald Hills, Leppington and surrounds. With easy parking and public transport options, visitors have the convenience of multiple supermarkets as well as a medical centre, gym, restaurants and fast-food outlets.

The Gregory Hills Town Centre

Gregory Hills Town Centre

Delivered in Joint Venture with The Marist Brothers and Greenfields Pty Ltd in 2019, the Gregory Hills Town Centre is a vibrant neighbourhood centre offering convenience and connection in the heart of Gregory Hills. With careful consideration to the needs of the residents of Gregory Hills and surrounds, the centre consists of supermarkets, specialty shops and small businesses, as well as restaurants and cafes. There is also a large medical centre and, with families firmly in mind, a children’s playground. This asset was divested in 2020.

Central Hills Business Park

The Central Hills Business Park in Gregory Hills was developed in joint venture with Dartwest Developments and comprised of a 45-hectare business park subdivision and Homemaker Centre Gregory Hills. A leading commercial project in South West Sydney, the Central Hills Business Park is a thriving commercial precinct housing some of Australia's leading commercial brands. 


The Central Hills Business Park is located in an easily accessible location close to a number of arterial roads, major train stations and the future Western Sydney Airport, offering convenience and ample space for businesses in various industries. In addition to the development of the business park and home centre, although much of the estate was developed and sold the group has retained numerous key investment assets including Bunnings, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, Red Rooster and Oporto. 

Gregory Hills – Masterplanned Estate

A benchmark project led by Macarthur Developments, Emerald Hills is a master-planned residential community on 150 hectares at Leppington, NSW. Intended to provide homes and amenities for families in this growing area, the project consists of 1340 dwellings as well as a school, community centre, multiple parks and playgrounds, a convenient shopping centre and a major HomeWorld display village.


Cleverly designed to blend with the natural landscape, the housing and amenities of Emerald Hills are interwoven with open spaces, tree-lined streets and viewing platforms. Cycleways, walking paths, sporting fields and parks invite residents to embrace the outdoors and live an active lifestyle. Emerald Hills is also strategically located for convenience, just moments from Leppington train station and the M5 Motorway and within easy access of nearby centres, schools and facilities.

Somerset Rise

Conveniently positioned in the heart of Narellan, this impressive development features 100 contemporary residential apartments and terrace houses, constructed across five buildings over three stages.Each building ranges between two to four storeys in height, offering a diverse mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units with basement carpark.

Completed in 2021 after approximately 57 weeks of construction, this carefully crafted project achieved remarkable success, with 100% of the units sold prior to project completion.

The project was designed by ADM Architects and constructed by Hutchinson Builders.
