Vision / Philosophy
Vitocco Enterprises has a proud history of developing, owning and managing a diversified portfolio of predominantly property assets.
Privately owned, we have been dedicated to planning and delivering projects that have served the needs and enhance the lives of South Western Sydney communities for over seventy years. We take a long-term approach to investing, blending our conservative values with an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. Each project we undertake aims to preserve the past whilst paving the way for a better future.
Our History
Preceded by decades of hard work, dedication and commitment to quality, Vitocco Enterprises rose from humble beginnings.
The company was founded by Domenic and Maria Vitocco during the 1950's as a building and construction company in Liverpool, Sydney. During those early years, Domenic and Maria focused primarily on concreting, cottage homes and residential unit construction. In the 1980's, Domenic and Maria's son Arnold joined the company, along with his wife Irene and carried on with what had been started. Arnold and Irene then further diversified the organisation into retail, commercial and land development.
Over time, together with key partnerships, the organisation expanded strongly evidenced by the substantial and varied projects that have been delivered. Taking the values of giving back further the organisation has developed philanthropic boards and supported charitable organisations. The third generation, Domenic and Anthony Vitocco, are now key figures within the organisation and Vitocco Enterprises continues to grow.
Our rich and proud history of three generations has been the basis for expansion in recent years. True to our long-standing values, we continue to build out our teams, skills and relationships to ensure our organisation prospers well into the future.
