We work hard to minimise our environmental and cultural impact as much as possible, implementing clever design strategies and new technologies for optimal water and energy efficiency. Our upcoming Lowes Creek project, for example, will restore, celebrate and utilise iconic historical buildings. Lowes Creek as well as our other master-planned communities including Gregory Hills and Emerald Hills, were also designed to optimise green spaces and provide residents with walking tracks and cycleways to encourage sustainable lifestyles. Every measure we implement intends to reduce our environmental impact whilst improving environmental conditions for all residents and users of our projects.
